I always prefer a no nonsense approach, and this is is exactly what I got. Was told the price, the websites the house would be on and was told the service involved. No flowering it up. AS IT SHOULD BE. Jane went over and above, helping me with things that sometimes challenged the sale of the house. Was on the market for 4 days when I got an offer. Cheapest estate agent was about £2500, Patch was £699. Don't let the cheap price put you off!! Wouldn't use anyone else when selling a house.
