Amazing ! After having a horrendous experience with another estate agent the house sold in 6 days. The difference in dealing with Jane Linda and Emma was night and day. Their honesty and how they go out their way for their client is second to none. If I was selling again I’d never use anyone but them again. The truthfulness and honesty of you’re agent is what you need to feel you are getting the best price possible. I was so lucky to find Jane and her team. The best in Paisley in my opinion 😍 🥰

I always prefer a no nonsense approach, and this is is exactly what I got. Was told the price, the websites the house would be on and was told the service involved. No flowering it up. AS IT SHOULD BE. Jane went over and above, helping me with things that sometimes challenged the sale of the house. Was on the market for 4 days when I got an offer. Cheapest estate agent was about £2500, Patch was £699. Don’t let the cheap price put you off!! Wouldn’t use anyone else when selling a house.
From the moment I put it on the market it was all plain sailing. Staff were more than excellent, friendly and professional.
